1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts……your choice
2 – 3 tbsp cocoa
½ tsp vanilla
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend all together in a food processor. Blitz until fully blended.
Roll into balls and roll in extra coconut.
Put in the fridge to cool before eating.
Keep in the fridge.
You can also flavour these with a few drops of food grade essential oils or flavoured essence.
